Return and Exchange Policy

The right to return and exchange is guaranteed to all our customers and applies to all products offered in our store.

All products displayed on our website are subject to the return and exchange policy, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on this page. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and remains in its original packaging.

• Returns: Within three (3) days of receiving the product.
• Exchanges: Within seven (7) days of receiving the product.

If the product is defective, has a fault, or does not match what was agreed upon, please send a photo of the product along with your order number, city, and address so we can proceed with the exchange.

A full refund will be issued if the received product is completely different from its description on our website.

We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding product use that were not mentioned on the product page of our website.

A 30% fee or a minimum deduction of 25 dirhams will apply if the customer decides to return the product without any defect or issue.
